Helpdesk Support Team Leader required by our Kettering, Northants based client, a leading provider of financial accounting solutions to the UK market. Forming part of the leadership team within the Support department, this key role exists in a highly pressurised department. To be considered you must have excellent customer support*customer care skills, experience within a helpdesk environment driven by targets, excellent written and verbal communications skills, experience of Service Level Agreements and the commitment required in monitoring and ensuring achievement and Team Leader*Management experience. Any experience of Accounting software (Sage, Pegasus etc would be a bonus but is not essential).
